    Hi, I was sick Friday from getting soaking wet in rain then going to Kroger’s. Dried off in 3 1/2 hours. Started taking 1 chagra later SAT. Then forgot to take one, and realized I was not taking full dose and doubled dose yesterday. Slept so well, took another dose this afternoon and really feel good. I’m missing entire spleen, 60 percent of pancreas, just broke bomes again and healing, am bone to bone knee, etc in 70s. What’s best CAPSULES to take and dosage? A miracle from God? Cherie
